Unpleasant customer service from JET Sandton City Mall

I bought a phone from JET stores in Sandton city from a person named Lindo. The phone stopped working and it's been almost 2 weeks now with no feedback. I went into the store to ask Lindo, and she laughed at me and called her colleague who is a supervisor Mavula who told me that it's not their problem further telling me that I should have asked for the T&C when buying the cellphone. She also said I could escalate the matter she doesn't care and I should wait till I get an SMS to say the phone has been collected for repairs

Whilst all of this was transpiring her colleague who initially helped me when I purchased the phone (Lindo) was busy laughing at me

Please can I get the area manager to help me get this sorted out, I have called customer care, and they said I should an email as well to ***
