UNNECESSARY DELAY
On Saturday 11/07/2015 my wife repoted her lost phone as she was ****** so far so good we haven't received a call from anyone as we were promised and the reason for me to be enlighten about the matter is because last year I reported my lost phone which was also under Hollard/Finrite at Jet and it took about 3 weeks to get another phone, I just don't expect another 3 weeks for Finrite to investigate the matter. When are we going to receive the call?
