Unknown policies and jncreasing amounts

I have an account with Jet stores however they have has been deducting money for life cover insurances which i did not join i called them to cancel instead of canceling they added 2 more insurances and the balance has been increasing although I am not shopping anything or taking anything on credit. From R3000 to R10000 of which I don't know how it got to that amount as I was not skipping installments .I regret having an account with them
