Unhelpful staff unfami**** with their own stock

On the Jet website they have a special on toddlers tracksuit pants, the special runs from 14 dec 2015- 14 January 2016. This special on the website says R29.99 for a pack of 2. I am a frequent shopper at Jet and I am aware on how the specials work, the original price of these trackpants were R59.95 and normally they will scan the price for the special. So after waiting 20 minutes in the queue I finally get served, they lady rings up the item and confirms that the trackpants are R59.95. I told her that on the JET website they are on special. I log onto the website from my phone, I find the special and show her. She didn't seem to understand what the special was, she then called the manager to show the manager about the special. The manager then tells me with an attitude there are terms and conditions and that it is only for Jet Thank you card members. I then told her but I am an Edgar's thank you member then she tells me that I must then call jet head office myself cause they cant do anything. Nowhere on the website does it say you need to be a thank you account holder. It was the identical set of trackpants that was on the website and the special is still on yet they don't help.
