Unhappy with the sevice

I am so furious around the 20th of February 2021 I bought my son a school bag at Jet Promenade. He is in a Private school so their schools opened on the 1st February 2021, after the first week the bag was peeling from the inside and is torn, I can`t even give it to a child that needs it the way it is. I went to the store the cahier ask me for a till slip of which I did not have, I asked her to check with my cheque card because I bought with it she told me about procedures, I want a refund for the bag as I was forced to buy a new bag for my son.
