Unhappy with the service

I was at jet Thabanchu in Freestate, wanted to do a layby on marked downs goods they refused,and it was not my first time buying at Jet store I normally buy at bloemfontein.i am very disappointed in the service I got I even refunded the items that I bought, which I also struggled with the refund
