Unhappy customer, Matatiele

I'm so disappointed with Jet stores in Matatiele. We stood there for more than 30 minutes being served by only one cashier as a result some customers left their items due to transport leaving them. This is not right, how are we supposed to go and buy there again if we will be made to stand while other tills are available but no cashiers? I am certainly not happy with this kind of treatment.
