UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Hellopeter i have a problem with jet account since i opened account with them in Venda, Makhado crossing not knowing what am getting into, so every month pay but my balance is not going decrease instead is increase then i asked one of the cashier can u tell me why my account is she print out proof that they app**** magazine and policy without my consent then i asked the lady advice what can i do to such issues she told me to send one copy of id and one month statement to cancel policy and magazine the following day then i did so but they never cancel anything all they do is to increase my balance then stopped paying reason i don't see where am going with this issue then then four consultants called me asking why i don't pay my account i told them am waiting them to solve my account then i will my cause right i feel like they violate my right as a customer and they also do *****ulent on my behalf while they claim they cancel policy and magazines and when i try to explain why they don't comply while they told they will cancel they told me to call customer service and they told me, they don't deduct any fee for magazines and policy but only protection fee and i said to the lady i don't know anything about protect fee and right now i feel they want to use me as their walking zombie who pay them forever and ever and i don't know if they punish me for not answering them as i forgot address i used to open account and i have two emails so they want to play as if they are smart to ***** money from their customers because i believe what they do 100% ***** they **** people around .
