Unhappy Customer 😡

I was convinced to join jet club and TFG sim connect. One of your jet staff member in Somerset mall Cape town said is for free now I saw R48 subscription on my statement and the sim card data is not working I tried the APN and I phone your consultant as well still not working. Why are you giving this kind of service. Even the sim they suppose to register everything by the time you buying very disappointed.
