Unhappy Customer

On the 29 I bought shoes for my daughter, and when arrived home the shoes didn't fit my daughter , and the issue started when I tried to return the shoes to get the correct size ,I wasn't assisted because I lost a slip. I was so disappointed because I liked the shoes I simple wanted the correct6 size because the one I bought was way to big and I'm now left with big shoes I can't use.
