Unhappy cleint

I receive a call last year from a consultant where she sold airtime and data bundles to me. I agreed to it, pays for it every single month, since last year April, however until to date I never receive airtime or data bundles. I called Jet numerous times and they told me it is a cell phone company which subscribes through them and give me a number to call them. I called them numerous times with no success, its like the number does not exists. I need a full refund off all premiums paid since the day I took out this out.
