Unfulfilled promise, annoying service

Hello again, it's me the lady who had a problem with Jet Mount Frere. After having read your response i went to the store, it was a day before yesterday and met a lady there who advised me that I can only purchase two cellphones. Of which when I went there previously she was aware that I needed 5 cellphones. If course the two that she sold me were discounted. Now there's three kids without cellphones and I had promised them of these cellphones not I'm not living up to my promise. Kindly assist me in coming up with a solution. The two phones are not a solution, whom do I give and who does not get? The reference number for that call was ********** 0086/GO. This is making me an ************* parent both to my two kids and three of my late brother's. Remember they look up to me, they lost both their parents. Help me make them happy please, they are just teens. If I don't play this role, our kids would run to "sugardaddies and blessers" I can't let that happen not as I'm still alive. The phones please. I had suggested previously that you close the cellphone departments in your stores, it's not working. Please guys this is stressing me out. Besides, I hate always posting bad news about your company. Hope this is the very last time.
