unfair treatment

(RCS/JET)I have a clothing account with JET and in it i have insured my 2 cell phones through RCS. I made a claim on the 29/01/2021 as my cell fone is lost and jet told me that i did not pay insurance for December and January. i asked them how did i not pay insurance if i paid my account for both months and until today i have no answer and my claim is still not approved as they don't know why Rcs did not debit insurance premiums for 2 months. i am so disappointed and i need answers.
