unfair treatment

I bought My daughter School shoes last year while she was on holiday. Those shoes were never worn because schools were closed since. I just realised now that my daughter went one shoe size up and I have to change the size I bought for her. keep in mind that the shoes still have their tags and brands etc.

I got to Canival mall Jet store to change them to one size up and I was told regardless of the fact that the product is still in tact with price tags and their brand they wont take the shoes back because I don’t have the receipt. Before all this the interesting store manager had to be looked and called I don’t know how many times before she can report to the till point to assist me.

Apparently you guys don’t actually exchange school uniform, are you kidding us. Please explain How I am to resolve this matter, must I now buy new school shoes because you demand a receipt from me? What am I going to do with the wrong shoe size bought? I need answers on what to do on this matter and don’t dare ignore me complaint
