Unfair dismissal

I was an employee of Edgar's Ative since 2014 until 2019 September when I took my martenity leave a new company bought it, then I was transfered to Jet store and started working in February 2020.around August the store manager started to monitor me when I was helping male customers, he would come next to me to hear what we are talking about, from there he started complaining saying "you don't have to give them your numbers" so after hearing those words I told the store admin the story and she just laughed, so on the 10th of September I had an argument with the store manager and he ended up giving me a final written warning and a suspension letter, I went for the hearing on the 23rd of November and on the 28th of November they called me to the store to get the results, and I was surprised when I was dismissed with emmidiate effect with the statement saying I disrespected the store manager. So please help me
