Unfair billing or interest charged
My name is Dzunani Zitha.My ID No *** 082 and my cellphone no is ***.I have an account with Jet stores.I made a purchase on my account around the 10th of August 2022 of R290.00.Last week of August 2022 I got a call from RCS ***** department alerting me of a ***** purchase of R9000.now the ***** or case is closed but I'm charged the interest of that ********** purchase.I tried to call customer care several times regarding the issue but no assistance.
