********* if not Illigal behaviour by Jet Account department

Good day I have a clothing account with Jet since 2015, the credit limit on the account is R1500, I usually use the account twice a year I will spend the credit and pay it off then later in the year check my available balance and spend it, that is how I use the account so 1 day I got a call that they are offering to increase my credit limit and I refused and said I want it kept at R1500. So I I kept on spending the way I do on my card 1 day I discovered that my credit limit has been increased to Nearly R2000 without my permission or my knowledge.

When I called Jet to raise a complaint about this I was told when you make a purchase and sign the electronic pad sometimes the include fine print to increase your credit limit, you must have signed for it without reading.

I find this to be totally unacceptable and that Jet store has treated me very horribly as their customer. Now I am getting calls that I am not paying my account on time ,this is so disappointing because Jet expects me to be responsible in handling my account while they are doing ********* if not illigal tricks to get me indepted to them
