IM STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK NONE FROM THE 6TH OF JUNE.THE RELEVANT TEAM WORKING ON THIS CLEARLY DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING.IM OFFICIALLY DONE WAITING AND WILL SENT THE COMPLAINT THROUGH TO THE OMBUDSMAN TOGETHER WITH THE MANY PHONE CALLS I MADE ATTACHED WITH ALL THE EDCON STAFF I SPOKE TO AND THE FACT THAT EDCON IS NOT WILLING OR ABLE TO ASSIST WITH MY COMPLIANT NOR DO THEY WANT TO GIVE ME A RESPONSE<br> JUST PETHETIC!!!
