I discovered that Jet stores have been doing unauthorized deductions on my account for years for airtime subscription. I called the call centre to query this as I didn't authorize the subscription neither received their airtime which they are charging me for. They keep on promising that someone will call me back but that doesn't happen. The reference nr for the complaint that I logged with them is ***. I'm very frustrated about this and I just need my refund A.S.A.P.
