UNECESSARY CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT

On 9 August 2021, I complained on this site about Jet charging unnecessary amounts to my account without my permission. I am being charged a Club Fee of R41,40 for March and R46,00 for April which I did not request. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am a pensioner and I cannot afford these unnecessary charges. I want this Club Fee to be removed permanently from my account and that my account is credited accordingly ie. for the 2 months I am charged. If I am constantly being charged for stuff that I did not request I will take this matter further and I will also close this account.
