UNECESSARY CHARGES ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT

I am absolutely furious at the charges listed below being added on to my account without my permission : Jan 2021 R5,28 Insurance Feb 2021 R2,64 Insurance March 2021 NONE Account Paid up April 2021 NONE “ May 2021 R7,92 Account Protection Plan June 2021 R8,80 Account Protection Plan July 2021 R35,00 Jet Club Fee R90,25 Dental Insurance R7,92 Account Protection Plan I have been to the Chatsworth Branch on 6/08/2021, they have called the Head Office to cancel all these ridiculous charges added to my account. I waited more than 30 minutes and the call was not answered. I want all these charges to be removed from my account and my account credited immediately.
