Underwear disaster

I'm so disappointed by the quality of your men's underwear, I'm a woman that prefers men's underwear. So yesterday I bought 3pack of men shorts at Keywest mall at Jet, so I worn my new undie today to work but then coming back home after a bath wash it and there's a hole in it. I buy my undies at Jet all the time and it's the second time now experiencing this. It's so embarrassing to take them to my male tailor for a stich even if they are new. I'm really disappointed 😞😞 I thought this time I'm sorted, yes I wear XL in size but then does it mean I have to buy all the time to get them stiched. If only I could attach a picture I will cause I took it after washing. I feel so comfortable in your underwears because they are not too tight on my thighs and very nice to wear but now I feel it's not worth it anymore to buy them because they are of poor quality
