Unaware of mobile content subscription blue label

Every month i see that on my Jet account there is deduction or payment for R24,99 for mobile content subscription blue label that i did not give permission for how is it possible that they such things on their clients account .There is also card number that ........9413 that i dont have .According to my knowledge that is *****.I called the customer line asked about it the just cancelled it.What is wrong here how many clients dont even notice it.
