Unauthorized subscription

it is almost 9 years having a Jet account, recently i have started to notice that they are deducting R25 for a Cell-C Subscription that I know nothing of. i have tried all sorts of complaints but it s failing on deaf ears. They said they are going to cancel it last month. Guess what... i got my statement today and still being deducted. I think someone subscribed the airtime in the store for them, no one wants to do investigation. Im disappointed with Jet.
