Unauthorized billing

I got an SMS from Jet stating that my account protection or partner protection plan will be billed on my account? Firstly i didn't sign up for any value added service from jet and secondly i don't have a partner so i wouldn't want to protect someone who doesn't exist ."the shortfall with be billed on my account" i would love for someone to let me listen to the recordings of taking this product ? Asap! This is ***** .
