Unauthorized Billing
I have been billed for Jet Save/Music/Sim(SMS) Club Fee for R16.99 every month . I have not authorized such deductions and i instruct that the deductions be stopped with immediate effect and I be refunded all monies with interest at current interest rate. I have been to the Gateway Branch and informed them to stop the deductions but it has not.<br> If it continues, I will be persuing legal action to recover all monies deducted with interest.<br> <br> M.Sewsunker
