UNAUTHORISED *****ULANT SERVICES

I've had my Jet account for a few years and a while back decided to opt for a Family Provider Plan. The Total monthly cost on my account included, The Family Provider Plan, Interest, Monthly Service Fee and Account Protection Plan. (+/- R120pm). I then noticed in April 2021 that some ****ing IDIOT at Jet decided, without my permission, to add additional services to my account which includes Family Accident Insurance, Legal H Fee and a Edgard Family Funeral Plan, which costed me and extra R194.92. I called Jet last month to get these policies removed and was not surprised that Nothing was done in May with the same UNAUTHORISED, services added to my account. The services from JET is absolutely pathetic. I WANT Jet to removed these services from my account and credit the total value to my account IMMEDIATELY. I gave no one authorization to add these to my account and I want it resolved NOW. I am also NOT going into a store to speak to some clueless person behind a counter. You ****ed it up...you sort it out. I will also be closing my account with JET and contacting the Ombudsman if this is not resolved this week. Account Number: ***. Contact Number: ***
