Unathorised bill by jet

I have been getting sms's from december 2020 saying i have an amount due. When i querried whats it for, i was told that its for a cell phone insurance. I do not have any phones from jet Who *******ly signed this up on my account This should be brought to NCR due to us being misled and signed up without our consent and become liable for it I have spoken to an agent from Jet. I was told to go to SAPS and make an affidavit and send with 10 signature's on it!!! WTH? Please JET stores. Rectify this immediately. I hope thr rest of the country do not fall victim to this **** type operation.
