Unacceptable Service

I have had an Edgars account for 34 years. I know that they had been bought by RCS. I was at Jet on Saturday, the 4th of November, at the Lakeside Mall, Benoni. I often go there and use my account. Last Saturday, first I am told that they are offline and then I am told by the manager that my account is not linked to Jet. Really! Is that why I was able to purchase on my account there 1 month ago.

I am very upset as my account is always paid and on time and to be brushed off like this after 33 years is not acceptable. I went and bought my jeans at Pick 'n Pay clothing by the way. Going forward, if this issue is not rectified, I will no longer support Edgars and the other stores. I have tried to phone RCS' offices but to no avail. The waiting time for calls to be answered is ridiculous.
