unable to access education plan for child

<p>I have a jet account and i joined a traveling plan in 2004 Because i was told by the consultatant phoning me that I could also use it to pay for my childs tertiary education. </p> <p>Last year October i tried to claim for my childs education and i was told i needed to cancel it first - which i did cancel it in February and when i tried to claim again i was unable to up to this day. </p> <p>I'm still without the funds - i honestly need a way to move forward. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
