Un resolved Jet store complain

I had visted Jet store Umhlanga in January on 9th 2025.it was almost closing time so we hurried... While at the counter to pay my eye had caught something else for my daughter in my hesitation i had put my wallet down on the counter at the cashier. I turned and went n then realised i had put my wallet down.

I went back to the cashier and couldnt find my wallet... So phoned my husband asking if he had seen my wallet. The casher heard my whole call. She never said anything.

I then left the store. I went all over looking fr my wallet. Umhlanga rocks has no police station i then had to drive to bayview in durban to report my wallet missing.

I blocked all my cards. The next morning my husband received a call that my wallet magically appered in jet stores safe. Not the manger or acting manger knew how it got there.

When we approached the manger for camera footage he asked us to go fr a coffee so that her could 1st have a look.

At that time we alrdy were late for our church and could not do anything.

I then went on to lay a complaint over the phone and TGF group has a nerve to send back to me that the complaint is resolved. With no one having contacted me.

Who is going to compensate me for time lost on holiday n for all the inconvenience caused by this.

I would like answeres immediately.
