*****ulent Activity affecting my account

There was a *****ulent activity done on my account last year 2023 for amount of R7000. Matter was escalated and I was told I will receive an SMS once it's done. I have not received feedback as yet. Last month I went to Jet CBD(Elloff street-JHB) to quiry my account. Before *****ulent activity my balance was about R1900+/-... But to my surprise I pay monthly on what is required as per the SMS and on time . My balance is not going down instead it's goes up..

Now I'm on R2800 and had never used the account....at the store they connected me on the line with ***** department and I was advised that they still charge interest based on the *****ulent purchase done...please invistigate the matter:July R1965.87....Aug ***** was done R8965.30....Sep R9056.11...Oct R2388.52....Nov R2587.75...Dec R2787,25...Jan R2854.65
