*****ulent activities on people's account

I have been a loyal customer to jet for so many years ,last year i realosed thst they have added a sim card on my statement which i never took and i dont even used .i called them several times to inform them and i was informed that it was removed but it wasnt ,they keep *****ulently charging me for that sim car airtime .Last months they charged me 3 times for that's Sim . Jet /RCS are ****mers and they are *****ulenly adding things to account holders without permission. I want my refund for all the money they have charged plus interest .I am going to expose you guys until i see a statement or prove that all the money was returned into my account
