U really shocked me Jet!!

I just got home from Jet Mart Church street Pretoria and I am shocked at the service I got. The attitude from the cashiers is just despising I don’t see my self going through Jet store doors ever again.i went there to exchange my clothes so I couldn’t because there are no sizes, I then requested a refund (cashier number1 upstairs ) said she can’t give me money because she doesn’t have it I should go downstairs. I went downstairs (cashier no2)said exchanges are done upstairs, I told her I’ve been there she then referred me to cashier 3(Phinah)she couldn’t give me a refund because they don’t refund items on sale. I asked why is it not on the refunds and return policy she said it’s a Manager’s decision WoW. I asked for the manager I guess “Thomas” is the manager he also couldn’t help me and pointed out that I used an account to pay of which I made it very clear when I made the purchase that I don’t want to use the account and they confirmed that they did not use the account . One cashier jumped in the conversation and said she knows me apparently I always come to the store and cause trouble of which it was my first time I opened my mouth ... fast forward I’m stuck with two items that don’t fit me.
