Trying to close account

I am really disappointed with the Edcon store Jet.<br> I have been trying to close this account its been a year now which is my fathers account who is deceased his details Mr SJ Mtsweni ***.. Someone called my dads advising the amount he owing on his. Card I told them he is deseased they advise me to take the death and I'd card to the store however at the store again they give me a done to call customer service arrived at jet highveld mall got a guy called Loyiso who told us that someone was gonna assist apparently he was going on lunch we set at customer service wit no help. When Imade the call on customer care line it says the ID is invalid all I need is to fax or email the documents to the correct department so that the account can be closed as thee estate has no money ..
