TOTALLY PATHETIC SERVICE

I went to the store this afternoon to collect my new card, only to be told the store hasn't received them.

First I thought this was a joke, after receiving this, and sms, saying that we have to the 31st to go and collect.

Well, to say I am appalled is a understatement, I will not be going back, JET can deliver it to me, or it can sit in the store.

I am disgusted, that in this time of COVID-19, you are forcing people into the malls / shops and you don't have your things in order.

Note I have been a loyal JET customer for over 20 years.
