Total due amount is a absolute joke

Dear Jet Consultant,

Name: Cherise Tyson

Account no: ********** ********** 76556

I refer to my electronic statements, as at: 31 October 2018, 30 November 2018 and 29 December 2018.

How can my installment due amount increase so drastically

· 31 October 2018 – total due was R0.00 on balance of R 3 902.46

· 30 November 2018 – total due was R 162.22 on balance of R 4 108.63

· Purchase made on 27 December 2018 of R 1 149.89

· 29 December 2018 – total due is R 918.31 on balance of R 5 215.82

So how can it increase from R 162.22 to R 918.31 when a purchase of R 1149.89 was done in December 2018, together with your interest and protection plan?

What percentage are you using to determine the total due / instalment amount.

You are welcome to contact me on 079 ********** or email me at: **********
