To be refunded

Jet has been duducting money from my account for funeral policy and Jet magazine without my permission.

I have never sign any contact with their funeral policy or Jet magazine, ive noticed that my account does not come down. I decided to go to shop and make inquiries of the account,cashier called their call center and she was told that I have these 2 things that takes my money. I immediately told them to stop and pay back my money. They stopped but I never had my refund,when I call and follow up every one tells me a story. Investigation was carried out ,I was told funeral money is with hollard and Jet magazine money was deposited to curthberts club but it does not exists.

Kindly help to get my refund from these sharks.
