Time management

I was at Jabulani mall this morning needed something from Jet and only to find out they are still closed at 9:05, I don't understand why are they still closed this time, why are we still doing the African time tendencies on a business, other places like South gate, Rose Bank etc they keep the time, please look into this it is not on😠😠😠
