tills

i went to jet empangeni many times, i have been a customer there for years and there service as never improved they must have about 20 tills standing empty with no tellers and that's what ****es me off apart from the fact that they think people get more than an hour lunch only to keep us standing and waiting for the teller whose forced to help a q of 6 people on his/hers own!!!!! all i wanted was to return 1 item and i waited half an hour gosh how painful yet I'm forced to go back as that is the nearest store for me!!!!! i have complained before, nothing was ever done about it !!!! it even takes 3 people to authorise for 1 cashier my goodness how irritating!!!! on top of my bad day i have experience awful service its worst when i knock of work at 4PM and try go shop at that store only to wait in a long long q with 2 cashiers and 18 tills standing open can a person imagine how painful that is????? i guess not because by that time cashiers are so tired all they wana do is go home so they work at an even slower pace!!!! what the hell has gone wrong with good service???
