So i have this account with u guys ive reported to u guys that im being villed for a magazine that i never receive. I fone in a few times but cn never get thru i sent thru emails still no reponse. today i get an mms where im.being billed for a damn magazine i never get.i call into the number listed and as im speaking to agent nd asking about what happens to the money ive been paying will i be credited he drops the line! U call customers service! Ive been paying sunthing i never get please credit my profile or i will take this to the ombudsman! Please fix this account ASAP!
