They don't care

Hi. So my dad bought a phone some time in January at Jet Elof stree in Johannesburg CBD. The phone has network issues every since he made the purchase. He took it to the store sometime in May and they only changed the Sim card for him simply because he is old and doesn't know much. He's not using the phone and on July, I finally took him to Jet where they booked it for repairs. The phone only connects of over wifi, not data not airtime which is weird because what does an old man know about wifi? He doesn't even live in a place with wifi. Is he going to go to the mall each time he wants to send me a text? Not inky there's that, but they people who were assisting my dad were so rude. There's this guy there when we were called to fetch the phone on August, he was rude and we has to ask him to put the Sim for us since the phone is a 2 Sim. But the phone still has issues. I don't know what he must do at this point.
