Theft Inside Jet Store

On Sunday, March 29, my phone and wallet was ****** from my baby's pram, someone from the Jet staff assisted me with putting my baby into a carrier and when I was about to pay at the till I noticed that my wallet & phone was missing. Suddenly I was called in the Applications Department told that my wallet was found by the Security lady but there was no phone. My phone rang & was switched off on the second ring.<br> I suspect an inside ***** operation because when I asked for the cameras I was told that they only focus at the entrance and tills & not the departments and that I was not the first person. I told them I want to see the video anyway. I spent almost 2 hours at the shop until it closed, there was no video play of me entering the shop, which seemed a bit strange. The manager of the shop did not even bother about the Incident. I was assisted by Thulani and the assistant manager.<br> I was told by the assistant manager that they will call me after they have reported the incident, they even took my other number but no call from Jet till today. I am very disappointed at Jet. I have lost valuable information on that phone & I think that the wallet was found because there was no money.
