THE WORST SERVICE EVER
<p>Firstly i had to wait outside even after 09h00am whilst waiting for the store to open,then i went in to get a refund on the card replacement fee i was billed due to a faulty card,joyce told me that it is not her that billed my account but the head office, i was not happy at all since one of their stores issued me with a faulty card and yet they're sending me from pillar to post about the refund. The call centre said i need to go back to the store for a refund as it cannot be done telephonically and im just annoyed about the bad attitude and the rudeness from staff at jet mart bree street,i just want my account to be refunded ,thats all.. I do not want to go back there.</p>

I did not lose my card. ..I was issued with a faulty one, hence they had to replace it.Anyway I went to jet in Newtown and they were very helpful.They know how to apply the TCF principles. .people from jet mart bree street can learn a thing or two from them.
