The worst experience ever !
I would like to take this time to share my horrible experience I had a week ago by Jet Promenade , a lady by the name Nichole Ruiters (customer service) assistant me, she is highly *********** when it comes to customer service , firstly when I came to got till she was busy with her own stuff I had to call her for her attention she didn't greet didnt smile she was just unfriendly with a grumpy attitude. Not only was she unfriendly but she was of no use when I asked her for the things ive set aside. She got more angry with me when I asked her about my stuff
She does not deserve to work with people especially not customer service !
