The USUAL POOR service received

Closing an account with Jetstores is a mission and a half, I went to jet store in Sandton city to close my account,the lady who was assisted was not interested in helping, she told me it was late and the call center that had to approve it was closed,I requested the balance and paid all of it, to make it easy to close the account (+R3000), The following morning I called the call center, they told me i still owed R110+ and I had to pay it before they close it, she gave me banking details,and confirmed once received, the account will be closed, I immediately made the payment To date the account is still open, I am getting statements monthly with fees added on, meaning I still owe them. Must I pay a million rand into Jet's account for them to release me, I think its unfair to get your customers in debt over accounts that have been requested to close a long time ago
