THE JET ACCOUNT THAT IS UNABLE TO CLOSE AND THEY THEMSELVES CAN NOT EXPLAIN TO ME THE AMOUNT THAT IS UNEXPLAINABLE

My name is France Malatjie, I have been trying to close Jet account on several occasions without success, even when I pay the total amount due and request them to close I get the statement that says I owe. When I ask what is it that accumulates on the account whereas I know that the account is closed, they are unable to explain to me and they promised me that the account is closed. I have been going back and forth with them and I am not succesiding. Maybe Hello Peter will be able to assist me.
