The experience was so horrible and disappointing

The experience was so horrible and disappointing. Staff was not wearing their uniform, even no name tags. Staff was shouting at me without even greeting me for opening the item because no one was available to help. I am from night and so exhausted. The cleaner was moping without putting signages. She closed the whole irle and chased me away to use the long route. Jet boulders in Midrand have horrible customer service and unfriendly staff members who are not willing to help customers. I need feedback for this query.
