The cashier was rude and shouting
I went to Jet in Pretoria at Church and Van der walt.I had to wait 45 minutes before I could be assisted,moved from one cashier to another.There other cashier was upstairs. I wanted refund and they told me they must call head office first. The cashier shouted at me and told me to wait because she still busy.The name of the cashier is Tsakani Baloyi. Finally after 45 minutes she assisted me. I was treat unfairly by the cashier. My goods was still in good condition and I had receipts,there only thing I didn't have was the Thank you card. I manage to get the number for the card but still the cashier was difficult and rude.She was rude and shouting infront of of other customer. The supervisor came and try to stop her but she continue.
We have escalated the complaint to the Jet church street management to address as our valued customer is not happy that the staff member did not provide professional service.
