the cashier gave me wrong information on the cellp
I was at jet Cresta on 14/12/2015 I bought the Samsung cellphone to the value of R1099.00 that was a cash sale, I ask the cashier does the phone use normal simcards as i want to keep my old numbers,she says yes, to my surprise when I got home the use uses micro sim, I took the phone back today I was told they cannot change nor refund me as the phone doesn't have technical problems, I went to the service providers to inquire about sim price only to find out that I have to pay R60,00 for each sim which will be R120,00 which I don't have. Now I am sitting with the phone that I cannot use as I don't have money to cut the micro sim. I am writing to Hello Peter asking for help in regard this matter.
